Eat something delicious and special still you can do while dieting. Salmon which is contain omega 3 flavored and served with fresh sweet apple salad!
Ingredient :
2 pieces of salmon fillet
1 tablespoon olive oil
Marinade, mix well:
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tsp black pepper
Apple Salad:
300 g apples, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon raisins
Sauce, mix well:
2 tablespoons bottled mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tablespoon water lemon
½ tsp pepper powder
How to make :
Brush the salmon with the marinade until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Heat oil and cook the salmon until cooked on both sides. Lift.
Apple Salad: Stir apples, raisins and sauce until blended.
Serve salmon with apple salad.
